Objectives & Strategy.

Across four seasons and five host countries, the brief has been to deliver an NBA-grade fan experience inside African arenas — combining sport, culture, broadcast and fan activation at international standard.

01Arena Setup & Technical Delivery: Full court and stanchion installation, broadcast infrastructure and live technical support.
02Fan Zone & Engagement: Interactive areas with merchandise, DJs, food and activations.
03Operational Coordination: Aligning security, local authorities and Basketball Ops for smooth game-day operations.
04Game-Day Experience: Live entertainment and Fireworks for Africa to energise the crowd.
05Logistics & Infrastructure: Catering, locker rooms, transport, temporary power and site layout.
06Post-Production: Load-out, venue restoration, outcome audits and learnings captured for future seasons.
