Mushroom Productions started in Johannesburg in 1994 with a simple conviction: African audiences deserve the same production standards as any stage in the world. Thirty years later, that conviction has carried U2, Lady Gaga, Coldplay, Ed Sheeran and the Global Citizen Festival onto the continent's biggest stages.
Today we operate across nine African countries with one integrated team of producers, engineers, designers and logistics specialists — plus Mushroom Motion, our in-house broadcast and live streaming division. Different disciplines, one standard, zero hand-offs.
